Lords Visit 8th June

Hello again JOYSTICKERS! We've finalised the Lords cricket outing for June 8th. An inter services match, with a look around the pavilion and museum with lunch available at your own cost. Only 8 places available at £8.50 entry fee. I already have myself, Russell Mason, Tony Flood and Keith Pointing as possibilities. So at least 4 places still up for grabs! Dave SCOTT has passed on the aviation connection for Lords. He did own Dart Kitten G-AEXT and this aircraft had a precautionary Landing on the pitch in the '30s with an engine problem. Apparently a groundsman helped repair the machine and it later took off (downhill?) much to the relief of all concerned perhaps! Grass cutting! M
